Always inventive, engaging and of course lots of fun, our weekly classes are a fresh approach to teaching children about exercise and moving their body.

Because we focus on the life-skill of exercise as opposed to sport skills, Fit Kids is the ideal fundamental movement programme for children of all ages.

We’re instilling a love for exercise, learning how our bodies were made to move, understanding how we can get better each week by practicing, and also developing and monitoring specific movement areas.
