My, how 2014 has flown!

Fit Kids has attracted an astounding amount of interest and support during its first few months of existence, launching itself into the Fish Hoek valley a whole 8 months ago.  So, I’m taking this opportunity to say “thank you” to YOU, and everyone involved.

I started out in April 2014 as ‘The Fit Life’, and thought that I would be working with children and adults, but I soon found that I still after all these years don’t like adults quite as much as I like children!  And so Fit Kids became my headline programme and it’s come so far that it deserves it’s own special little place on the internet.

I’ve made so many new friends while offering my weekly Fit Kids classes and incredibly popular holiday adventures – it’s been great fun getting to know you all!  Hearing how much fun children have been having, and receiving ecstatic feedback from parents, makes me only too motivated and excited to build on what Fit Kids offers going into 2015!

I have a new plan brewing which I’m going to try out soon – Fit Kids Parent/Child Adventures.  Read all about it here.

Our summer holidays are approaching fast and that means loads of outdoor fun in the sun, spending time with friends and family.  But for many parents, just the thought of 6 weeks entertaining our kids is enough to tire us out!

So I’ve come up with a few options to help parents to survive the on-coming mayhem!

Click on the links below to find out more.

1. The always popular Fit Kids Holiday Adventures.

2. Party time!  Anyone having a birthday?  Organizing a kids Christmas or end of year party?  Give me your theme and I’ll organize a Fit Kids party to keep everyone moving!

3. The best Christmas presents for active kids can be found on my website!  Keep checking back here – I’m adding new products all the time.

Thanks for being a part of the Fit Kids journey with me!

About Simon

I'm a dad, a teacher and a business owner, doing my best to make every day count. I'm determined to shape the way the next generation feel about exercise, and I'm doing this by showing children the difference between enjoying exercise as part of healthy lifestyle, and participating in exercise as a means to perform in sport. I'm also helping parents learn how to include exercise as a normal part of daily life, and working with schools and teachers to change the way they present exercise to children in the foundation years.
